TRAVEL &
STAY

A TIME TO GATHER, UNWIND AND CELEBRATE TOGETHER IN THE HEART OF THE ISLANDS

ARRIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES

For guests traveling from abroad, we recommend arriving via Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.

Arriving two to three days before the wedding will allow you to rest, adjust, and ease into the celebration.

EXPLORING MANILA

Before heading to Tagaytay, you may wish to spend some time in the city.

We recommend staying in Bonifacio Global City, Makati, or Manila. The most convenient way to get around is via Grab, while jeepneys offer an adventurous, uniquely Filipino experience. You may also charter a private driver for the duration of your stay via Klook.

JOURNEY TO TAGAYTAY

Our wedding will take place in Tagaytay, a serene, nature-filled destination approximately 60-70 km from Manila.

Travel time is around 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic, so we encourage planning ahead.

For a more relaxed experience, we suggest arriving a day before the wedding and staying through the following day, allowing time to settle in and celebrate without rushing.

GETTING THERE

Traveling via private car is recommended for comfort and ease. Transfers may also be arranged via Klook.

Carpooling with other guests is also encouraged – a simple way to share the journey together.

GOING AROUND

The most convenient way to move around Tagaytay is by private car. We recommend arranging transportation in advance for a smooth stay.

Please note that the church and reception venues are approximately 30 minutes apart.

We recommend staying near the wedding venues for convenience and ease. Some options include:

ENJOYING THE HIGHLANDS

Tagaytay is best enjoyed at a slow, gentle pace, through good food, relaxed moments, and time spent together – think leisurely brunches overlooking Taal Lake, coffee in the afternoon, and relaxed dinners as the sun sets.

BEYOND THE WEDDING – PALAWAN

For those continuing their travels, Palawan, often considered one of the country’s true gems, offers a quiet contrast of clear waters, open skies, and a slower rhythm.

We will be spending a few days in El Nido after the wedding, and would be happy to see familiar faces should your plans bring you there as well.

Kindly note that travel and accommodations in Palawan would be arranged individually, allowing you the flexibility to plan your stay as you prefer.

If you are considering joining us in El Nido, please feel free to reach out to us for details on our stay.
